Today's Cupcake Order

144 assorted mini cupcakes for a boutique downtown. They are hosting a mother/daughter Mother's Day event and wanted some cute assorted cupcakes that were just for girls.

For the first half of the order I chose chocolate/chocolate cupcakes
(what girl doesn't like chocolate, right?)

For the second half of the order I did vanilla cupcakes with colored vanilla buttercream frosting decorated in pink and purple.

Making cupcakes is a wonderful hobby for me. I started taking cake decorating classes last fall and since then my interest has grown and my experience has progressed into a huge passion. I started off making cupcakes for parties and  for friends and family that requested them. A snowball effect has happened and now I am getting requests from friends of friends. I am in the process of starting my own little business. This blog will serve as a resource to those who would like to order cupcakes from me.
